Promotion Development of Va-Bank Online Casino is the only party participating in the regulation of promotional offers. In the case of a system crash, the Casino preserves the right to recall any winnings calculated incorrectly due to technical problems.

Withdrawal Procedure
When making a cash-out request a few points need to be considered:
- If funds were added via WebMoney, Yandex.Money or Moneta.ru the payouts are managed via the same systems the deposit was made with;
- If the requested amount exceeds 500, the player identification procedure is required;
- No more than 1,000 per day can be cashed out via Yandex.Money and Moneta.ru. WebMoney allows no more than 2,000 limit.;
- When requesting a cash-out make sure there are no un-played bonuses left on your gaming account (Read more about "Bonuses");
- If the cash-out is made on Moneta.ru account or Yandex.Money eWallet the system witholds 1.5% commission; if the cash-out is transfered to Player's Webmoney eWallet commission is not charged as it is paid by Casino;
- If funds were added via WebMoney, Yandex.Money or Moneta.ru the payouts are managed via the same systems the deposit was made with;
- If the requested amount exceeds 500, the player identification procedure is required;

- Contact our Finance manager to discuss alternative ways of cashing-out, that are not listed in this section;
- Payouts are processed within 24 hours after cash-out request has been applied. If the deposit was made via payable SMS or via Moneybookers system, the payout is processed no sooner than 7-10 business days after the latest deposit made by any listed payment method (due to transaction verification).
NOTE: Until requested sum has not been withdrawn from your account you reserve the right to use it for betting. Once you request cash-out and continue the game, track your gaming account as there must always be a minimum amount (in order that we can withdraw the required sum, your account should contain the required amount plus a minimum sum ).
